LED Source® Ranks One of Nation’s Top Companies by Inc. Magazine for Third Consecutive Year

August 29, 2013 // Franchising.com // Wellington, Fla. - LED Source, a leading LED lighting solutions provider and the first and only franchisor of LED lighting in North America, ranked as one of the top 5000 private, employee-based firms in America, according to the September 2013 issue of Inc. magazine.

LED Source was ranked for the third consecutive year on Inc. 500|5000, a list that highlights the top privately-held American companies that are growing. The company was also recognized as one of the top 100 Miami Metro Area companies, coming in at No. 78.

Though the past several years have been challenging for many small businesses, LED Source has maintained significant growth year over year. Since launching its franchise program in 2009, the company has grown an average of 110 percent in sales. LED Source now has 14 franchise locations throughout the U.S. and Canada and plans to add 12-15 additional locations through the remainder of 2013. It has opened its first international location in the Caribbean. Long-term goals for the company anticipate a network of 150 franchise offices throughout North America within three years. Expansion is currently focused on the Eastern Seaboard.
