Hungry Howie's Pizza Announces New Area Development In Salt Lake City
September 10, 2013 // Franchising.com // MADISON HEIGHTS, MI – Hungry Howie’s Pizza, the originator of the flavored crust pizza, is pleased to announce plans for expansion into the Salt Lake City area. Currently operating nearly 600 units across 20 states, the franchise looks forward to providing its famous flavored crusts to new customers and loyal fans in Utah. This development also allows for the company to open the state of Colorado to interested franchisees.
With an in-depth knowledge of the local area and an excitement for the concept, John and Kristen Anderson along with Jonny and Mendy Nielsen, have inked an area development agreement with Hungry Howie’s. The franchisees are currently looking for a store location to bring Salt Lake City residents high-quality pizza available with eight flavored crusts. In order to maintain the restaurant’s tradition of offering freshly made crust and other delicious menu items, Hungry Howie’s will be opening a distribution center in Denver with capabilities to expand its distribution network. The pizza concept hopes to open five locations between Utah and Colorado in the next 18 months.
