Cafe2U Announce Franchise of the Year!

September 12, 2013 // Franchising.com // Cafe2U, the world’s largest mobile coffee franchise, hosted its Annual Leadership Conference in Uluru over the weekend to honour the Franchise Partners who had achieved outstanding results throughout the year.

Of these award recognitions, the highest honour - National Franchise of the Year - was awarded to Rob Clark of South Australia’s Regency Park, for the second consecutive year – a first for any Cafe2U Franchisee.

Despite previously receiving this top honour, the win came as a total surprise for Clark, who opened his first Cafe2U Franchise just over five years ago. Clark had decided on a career switch that gave him more quality time with his family.

“I cannot believe I have won the National Franchisee of the year for the second time. I will be pinching myself for quite some time yet”, Clark exclaimed.

He was also quick to credit the importance of the support of his wife and family, the professional development offered by the Cafe2U team, as well as a loyal customer base in helping to ensure the operation of a successful franchise.

The Franchise of the Year Award is based on consistently high standards in audits, participation in meetings and conferences, events, marketing activities and coffee purchases.

Cafe2U Managing Director Derek Black said “Cafe2U’s Award Program is designed to recognise our Franchise Partners who have consistently delivered outstanding results in their service. It is a great honour for Rob to be awarded Franchise of the Year (FOTY) for the second year in a row and a true testament to his consistently high-quality of service.”

Other notable recognitions from Cafe2U’s Annual Leadership Conference include:

• Multi Unit Franchisee of the year awarded to the Franchise Partner operating two or more franchised vans, and who achieved the highest score on the annual FOTY competition:
