911 Restoration Adds Two New Franchisees

911 Restoration has recently added two new branches to its ever-growing list of franchises across North America.

Van Nuys, CA (PRWEB) September 16, 2013 - Many exciting things have been happening at 911 Restoration Headquarters. One such development is the addition of two new branches, one in Gilbert, AZ and the other in Ontario, CA. Anytime a new branch is added to the 911 Restoration family, they come to the headquarters for orientation training and to get to know the other team members. While both of the branch owners came from different backgrounds and took different paths to branch ownership, they are both now branch owners under the 911 Restoration name and part of an extended family that reaches all over the United States and Canada.

New branch owner Alin Paris, who will be taking over the Ontario branch, is looking forward to being part of the 911 Restoration family. Alin expressed particular interest in the strength of the 911 Restoration brand name, and the track record of “proven success”. This aligns with one of our company mottos: 'Our success comes from yours'. Alin heard that his cousin wanted to sell the branch. He had “heard good things, and so I jumped on the opportunity immediately.” It’s that kind of initiative and foresight that will make Alin a great branch owner, and valuable addition to the 911 Restoration family.

For the Phoenix branch, Jake Harper will be the new owner, formerly of a family owned and operated home improvement company. Jake joined with 911 Restoration after “trying to do it on [his] own, it started out too slow; [he] wanted an edge.” Joining with 911 Restoration gives him that edge. After coming to the headquarters for a Discovery Day and speaking with other franchisees and employees, Jake was impressed with all that 911 Restoration has to offer and decided to come on board. Jake hopes to “get [his] investment paid off quickly” and is eager to hit some new and ambitious sales numbers. With the help of the headquarters, we are sure that the new Phoenix branch will reach their goals.

Both new franchisees have been spending the past two weeks here at the headquarters in Van Nuys, CA, acquainting themselves with the company. They are getting familiar with the supporting team and learning how to best utilize every person and department, whether it is our in-house marketing team, insurance adjuster, or customer service department. They also learned how to work and brand locally using our proven marketing system.

911 Restoration CEO Shay Kalmanovich urges the new owners that it is “a requirement to use us, not a request.” He expects them to be in contact with headquarters daily, especially in the beginning stages. According to Shay, the headquarters team members are standing by to “cover all aspects of the restoration business and take headache and stress away from the franchisees.” We are very pleased to have both Alin and Jake aboard, along with their entire team, and hope for many years of prosperous business together.
