September 17, 2013 // Franchising.com // Portsmouth, NH - Weed Man, a national network of lawn care professionals, scores high in franchisee satisfaction, according to a recent survey conducted by independent market research firm Franchise Business Review.
The survey asked franchisees questions related to training and support, system communication, franchisor/franchisee relations, financial opportunity, business lifestyle, and overall satisfaction with their business. Fifty-five percent of Weed Man’s franchisees participated in the Franchise Business Review satisfaction survey. The full results are available at www.FranchiseBusinessReview.com.
“Weed Man has surveyed with us since 2006 and scores exceptionally high in every category of our survey,” said Franchise Business Review president Michelle Rowan. “Potential franchisees can learn so much from a brand’s satisfaction survey results, so it’s great to see more companies making this data readily available to potential investors.”
Founded in 1970 and franchising since 1976, Weed Man is a leader in providing lawn care. The chain now has 448 territories nationwide. The initial investment for a Weed Man franchise ranges from $40,000 to $60,000.
Over the last eight years, Franchise Business Review has surveyed more than 100,000 franchisees from more than 700 of today’s leading franchise brands. All active franchise owners who have been in business for three months or longer are invited to participate in this survey process.
“Our standard franchisee satisfaction survey includes 33 benchmark questions,” Rowan said. “Franchise companies use our survey data to help better understand the experiences of their franchisees, and pin-point areas within their systems where improvements can be made to help increase satisfaction and engagement -which leads directly to overall increases in franchisee performance.”
