Richard J. Basch Named President of SYNERGY HomeCare

September 25, 2013 // Franchising.com // GILBERT, AZ – Peter Tourian, founder and CEO of SYNERGY HomeCare, named Richard J. Basch president during the company’s Annual Franchise Meeting (AFM) in Scottsdale. Tourian recognized Basch’s work as SYNERGY HomeCare’s executive vice president over the past year and proven track record of success with the organization’s Franchise Partners and business operations.

In his new role, Basch will continue to drive the strategic vision in operations and marketing, in addition to franchise development and support.

Prior to joining the SYNERGY HomeCare team, Basch served as vice president of franchise automotive at Sears Holdings Corporation and the president of Cottman Transmission and Total Auto Care. He’s also held leadership roles with Pump it Up and The Little Gym International. He is the founder and CEO of GoodFran Franchising Consulting, and he is the author of Behind the Franchise Curtain: The Ten Key Elements of Franchising.
