Sotheby's International Realty Brand Expands Presence in Switzerland

MADISON, NJ and LUGANO, SWITZERLAND - (Marketwired - Oct 1, 2013) - Sotheby's International Realty Affiliates LLC today announced that Immobiliare Fontana SA, a nearly 90-year old firm in Lugano, Switzerland, has joined its network, and now will do business as Fontana Sotheby's International Realty.

The firm, which is managed by Gianluca Righetti, serves the luxury residential real estate market throughout Tessin, in particular the regions of Lugano, Locarno and Ascona. The Sotheby's International Realty® brand is already represented in other locations across Switzerland by deRham Sotheby's International Realty, which has offices in Lausanne, Montreux, Vevey, Nyon and Geneva.
