Memphis, TN (PRWEB) October 01, 2013 - The ServiceMasterCompany, one of the world’s largest residential service networks, announced today that James Lucke has joined the company as senior vice president and general counsel. He will report to ServiceMaster Chief Executive Officer Robert Gillette.
Lucke joins ServiceMaster with significant global legal experience in consumer and commercial businesses, with expertise in corporate securities, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, licensing and protecting intellectual property. Most recently, he served as vice president, secretary and general counsel of Georgia-based Mohawk Industries, Inc., a $6 billion international manufacturer of flooring and building materials that markets its products under brand names including Mohawk, Karastan, American-Olean and Pergo. Before that, he served eight years as chief legal officer at Spectrum Brands. He earned his bachelor’s degree at University of Notre Dame and received his law degree at University of Wisconsin.

Tom Campbell, who has been serving as interim general counsel, will return to his previous role as vice president and deputy general counsel and assist Lucke during the transition.
