(OTCQB: FRCN), a Commercial Contractor providing professional services for commercial and government clients, focusing on developing a Commercial Business to Business Franchise Opportunity, is pleased to provide a shareholder update and announce that it has received clearance from the DTC (Depository Trust Company) as its "Plan for Growth" through franchising strategy sees bright future ahead.
