Yohanes’ life story is an impressive one. He was born to a very poor family, while his tattooed Father tried to build a number of businesses. Atvery young age of 11, he started out as door-to-door salesman with his Mom, helping out his parent’s business. At this stage, Pauly was not a good student either, receiving one of the lowest NEM (primary school’s standard graduation score in Indonesia) amongst his friends when he graduated from Primary School. But at that point he decided to change his life.

He took his education seriously and was ranked number 1 in his class since Junior High School to his university graduation. From there he started his professional journey in multinational companies, from Astra International to Fonterra Anlene, from Pepsi-Cola to Unilever to Danone Aqua. By the age of 32 he was Marketing Director in multinational company. Then he started his own business, as an ActionCOACH Business Coach.
