Villa Italian Kitchen Opens in Cutler Bay, FL Mall

October 15, 2013 // Franchising.com // Villa Enterprises Management Ltd., Inc. (www.villaenterprises.com), a global multi-concept restaurant franchisor, announced the grand opening of Villa Italian Kitchen at the Southland Mall in Cutler Bay, FL this month.

"We have Villa Italian Kitchen concepts throughout Florida and they have all been extremely well-received, so we are thrilled to open another location in the Sunshine State," Adam Torine, senior vice president of business development at Villa Enterprises Management.

The Southland Mall is an indoor regional shopping center featuring a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment option, servicing South Miami-Dade through the Florida Keys. Conveniently located on South Dixie Highway #1381, the enclosed mall is a popular spot for a fun day of shopping, a movie or quick bite to eat.

This month, Villa Enterprises will also open a Villa Italian Kitchen location at the Canoe Creek Plaza on the Florida Turnpike. Villa also has locations at three additional service locations along the Turnpike.

As Villa Italian Kitchen continues its expansion in the Sunshine State, the latest openings increase the restaurant brand to more than 25 locations throughout the state. In addition, Villa Enterprises Management currently operates more than 330 concepts across 38 U.S. states, as well as in Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico, and seven additional countries.
