'We spent more than 18 months looking for the right location in the Docklands, and our very patient franchisee understood the importance of this. We rejected several offers. As the professional hub of Melbourne gradually moves towards the Docklands region, the store design is intended to cater to this sector by offering a 2 story premises, table service, liquor license, desert, a breakfast menu and coffee. The store will also cater to the growing number of residents and young families setting up in the region.
