Giant Tiger Donates Over 700 Snowsuits to the Snowsuit Fund

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Nov. 5, 2013) - Early this morning, Giant Tiger Stores Limited pulled up one of its trailers to The Snowsuit Fund depot with a much needed surprise! The Giant Tiger team dropped off 700 snowsuits to help replenish stock before the cold weather arrives. Friendly, the Giant Tiger, helped to unload the snowsuits and greeted the hardworking staff at this longstanding Ottawa based charitable organization.

Last winter The Snowsuit Fund distributed over 15,000 new snowsuits and has been keeping children warm for 31 years.

The depot is now open for the 2013-2014 season. Hours of operation are Tuesday to Saturday, 9 am to 4 pm.
