LF Staffing Earns an Exceptional Net Promoter Score

Rated More than 68 Percent Higher than Industry Average

LF Staffing serves the staffing needs of companies looking to fill office administration, hospitality, skilled and light industrial along with warehouse positions on a temporary basis.

To receive this Net Promoter Score, LF Staffing provided all their customers’ current email addresses to a third party, the Inavero Institute. Inavero asked the customers to respond to a simple survey based upon Net Promoter, which posed the basic question, "Would you recommend LF Staffing?" That response is calculated on a 1-10 scale. Ratings of 9 or 10 are promoters. A score of 6-8 are passive. Less than six is a detractor and the company then loses points. An extremely impressive 80.4% of the customers, who responded, rated LF Staffing a 9 or a 10.

According to research done by CareerBuilder, the staffing industry averages a Net Promoter score of only 8%. LF Staffing received a score of 76.5%, which is "truly exceptional and rare," according to Net Promoter. That amounts to almost 10 times higher than the average score of LF Staffing competitors. To further drive this exceptional score home is this: in other industries, passengers on Southwest Airlines gave the company a 51% NPS and Harley Davidson recently received an 81% score, both considered to be remarkable scores.
