Growing Franchise Brand Announces New Executive Appointments from within Realogy

November 20, 2013 // Franchising.com // MADISON, N.J. - Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC today announced two additions to its executive leadership team as it continues its strategic growth strategy. Mark Foreman will begin the transition into his new role as senior vice president of business services and operations, overseeing business consulting, client services and brokerage transitions, effective December 2, 2013. Rich DeNicola will join the brand as senior vice president of membership development, effectively immediately.

"Mark's first-hand understanding of what brokers need to strategically grow their business and his multi-faceted skill set will have a strong impact on our brand's servicing platform, while Rich's proven track record in growth and expansion both on a brand and brokerage level will be vital as we take advantage of a resurging market."

Foreman has more than 23 years of real estate industry experience ranging from residential brokerage and mortgage to franchising. Most recently, he has served as senior vice president of strategic growth and industry relations at Century 21 Real Estate LLC since May 2010. Previously, he held a broker/owner role at Cornerstone Capital Mortgage & Real Estate Services, Inc. in Fairfield, Conn. Foreman has held numerous leadership positions within the industry. At the national level, he has served as vice president and liaison to numerous committees for the National Association of REALTORS®. Foreman is a graduate of Yale University with a degree in economics and political science.

DeNicola joins Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate from Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC where he spent the last three years as national vice president of franchise sales, overseeing the growth of the brand's residential franchise network across the U.S. and Canada. Previously, he held positions within the Realogy Franchise Group serving in the areas of franchise and contract administration from 2004 to 2010. He holds a degree in economics from Fairfield University and a MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
