Logical Operations Affiliate Acquires New Horizons of Rochester, New York

And Returns to its Roots with a Professional Training Center

Rochester, NY (PRWEB) November 20, 2013 - An affiliate of learning solutions provider Logical Operations acquires New Horizons of Rochester, New York, a professional training center franchise of the global New Horizons computer learning center network. The business will operate as New Horizons at Logical Operations.

In business for 30 years, Logical Operations began in Rochester, NY as an on-site computer training center. "The foundation of Logical Operations was built around the classroom learning experience," said Bill Rosenthal, CEO, Logical Operations. "Rekindling this closer relationship to the classroom, the instructor, and the student learning experience is what attracted me to the New Horizons business and restarting delivery of training in the Rochester market.
