MaidPro Makes Repeat Appearance Among Franchise Business Review’s Top 100 Franchises for Veterans

MaidPro continues to rank higher than any other maid service franchise for franchisee satisfaction.

Boston, Ma (PRWEB) November 22, 2013 - MaidPro has once again been named among the Top 100 franchise companies in Franchise Business Review’s Special Report: Veterans & Franchising. MaidPro ranked higher than any other maid service franchisor in the list in terms of franchisee satisfaction, setting the standard for franchisee support in the residential cleaning industry.

"Veterans & Franchising is the true story behind what franchisors say they do for veterans and what they actually do," says Franchise Business Review’s Editorial Director Molly Rowe. Unlike other vet-friendly franchise lists, Rowe says Franchise Business Review’s is the only one to focus on actual franchise performance and veteran owner satisfaction. "Companies featured in this report are brands that REALLY do support vets – not just in the purchase of a franchise but in their day-to-day operations."

Each year, Franchise Business Review asks all active franchisees within systems to complete a 33-question benchmark satisfaction survey covering such areas as: financial opportunity, training and support, leadership, operations and product development, core values, general satisfaction and franchising community. In March, MaidPro earned the top spot for franchisee satisfaction among residential maid services and was the only maid service franchise named to the Overall Top 50 Best of the Best. The Veteran’s & Franchising report represents a subset of survey participants who classified themselves as US military veterans – nearly 3,000 in 2013 across some 300 leading franchise brands.

"We know from experience that military veterans make great franchise owners," says MaidPro’s Vice President of Planning and Development Chuck Lynch. "Military personnel are highly trained for teamwork, service, performance excellence and leadership. Some of our most successful franchises are owned and operated by veterans and we are happy to give back by helping U.S. veterans build prosperous civilian careers."

While already ranking among the most cost accessible franchise opportunities, MaidPro offers a discount package for veterans looking to start a cleaning business valued at $15,000 – making it highly affordable for veterans to start a home cleaning business. The package includes: a $3,000 discount from MaidPro’s initial franchising fee, a $100 invoice credit each month for the life of the ten-year franchise agreement and direct financing or financing assistance to enable U.S. veterans to start their own MaidPro businesses with virtually zero cash up front.

"Financial support," is just the beginning," Lynch adds. "MaidPro scores consistently well in franchisee satisfaction studies because we continually support all our owners with great cleaning product and process research, professional marketing, business analytics, customized operating technology, community building and so much more."
