Growing Green Franchise Signs First International Deals for Canada and Panama

November 20, 2013 - North Palm Beach, Fla. - Since its founding in 2011, SuperGreen Solutions, a franchised retail chain that offers a one-stop-shop for a range of energy efficient solutions for commercial and residential customers as well as expert advice and guidance through in-home consultations on the best products for each customer, has grown to 13 locations in nine states with 17 additional units under development. Now, the company is poised for growth abroad as it recently signed its first international master franchise agreements for Canada and Panama.

"People all over the world are looking to reduce their carbon footprint," said Sean Cochrane, founder and president of SuperGreen Solutions. "They don’t only want easy access to quality products to help their homes and businesses run more efficiently, but also expert guidance on how to use certain products and which products are right for their needs. We know SuperGreen Solution is the answer and we’re looking forward to continued domestic and international expansion."

Master franchisee Francis Gough has signed 10-unit development deal for three provinces in Canada, including British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Alberta. Victor Ortiz is the new master franchisee Panama, with plans to open two units. Further international growth is expected by the end of the year.

Unlike big box home improvement stores that offer a limited selection of green energy products to consumers, SuperGreen gives consumers a single destination from which to shop green products for all aspects of residential or commercial use, as well as in-home consultations to help inform their purchases. The company offers a comprehensive approach, which includes rebate advice, tax credit guidance, sales, installation and after-sales service. Products range from LED lighting and solar power solutions to ventilation and insulation products for homes and businesses. Additionally, the company focuses on the booming industry surrounding energy management, energy storage and electric vehicle charge stations. Customers include home and business owners looking to lower their energy and maintenance costs through the use of a single product or by completely greening their home from floor to ceiling with multiple solutions. Commercial clients typically include auto dealerships, hair salons, gas stations, restaurants and bars, grocery stores, office buildings and more, as well as builders and contractors.
