Support the Senior Class of Liverpool High School with Moe’s Southwest Grill

Liverpool, NY - December 4, 2013 - The newest Moe’s Southwest Grill location is opening in Liverpool, N.Y. with a VIP fundraiser for Liverpool High School Class of 2015.

"During the senior year, many of the milestone events of high school take place," said Scott Searles of Moe’s Southwest Grill. "Prom, Graduation, senior trips. We want to help make those events a little more memorable with a massive fundraising event for Liverpool High School."

From 5 to 8 p.m. Dec. 18, the newest Moe’s location – at 7560 Oswego Road, in the former Friendly’s location – will offer all-you-can-eat VIP passes for $10 to all who attend. All of the proceeds from the fundraising events will benefit the senior class.

Searles is an LHS alumnus and grew up in Bayberry, the neighborhood that borders the new Moe’s location.

"It’s very exciting to be able to give back to my alma mater," Searles, a 1982 graduate, said, "but I’m even more excited to be coming ‘back home’ with our new Moe’s location."

All of the Moe’s locations in central New York are locally owned and operated; the company has a goal of raising $75,000 for local community groups and charities this year.

All meals, including signature items like the Homewrecker burrito, Close Talker salad and John Coctostan quesadilla, are served with free chips and salsa. While Moe’s is best known for its burritos packed with a choice of more than 20 fresh ingredients, the menu also features kid’s, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.
