Realogy to Receive Corporate Board Gender Diversity Award at 2014 Executive Women of New Jersey Leadership Event

MADISON, N.J. - December 3, 2013 - Realogy Holdings Corp. (NYSE: RLGY), a global leader in real estate franchising and provider of real estate brokerage, relocation and settlement services, will be recognized on Jan. 28, 2014 for its commitment to board gender diversity by Executive Women of New Jersey (EWNJ), the region’s leading not-for-profit organization promoting women’s executive leadership in business and on corporate boards.

Realogy is among 17 New Jersey companies that will receive EWNJ’s "Corporate Board Gender Diversity Award" in celebration of their demonstrated commitment to gender diversity. Since becoming a publicly traded company in October 2012, Realogy has assembled an eight-member Board of Directors, three of whom are women, and six of whom are independent directors for purposes of the listing standards of the New York Stock Exchange.

"We are proud of this recognition of our corporate governance practices and specifically for our commitment to gender diversity on our Board of Directors," said Richard A. Smith, Realogy’s chairman, chief executive officer and president. "This award from Executive Women of New Jersey builds upon the positive momentum we have created internally. Most recently, our Realogy Women’s Advisory Council hosted a Women’s Leadership Panel at our headquarters that was so well received we had employee attendance overflowing from our amphitheater into additional meeting space."

EWNJ will host "A Seat at the Table – Celebrating Women and Board Leadership," a breakfast and networking event that highlights the expanding role of women on corporate boards of directors. At the event, EWNJ and PwC will present their inaugural "2014 Women in Leadership" research report to highlight state of board gender diversity and women’s executive leadership at New Jersey’s public companies.

Other public companies to be honored at the event include (in alphabetical order): American Water Works, Becton Dickinson, Campbell Soup Company, The Chubb Corporation, D&B, Hertz Global Holdings, Honeywell International, Immunomedics, John Wiley & Sons, Inc., Johnson & Johnson, Maidenform Brands, Inc., Northfield Bancorp, Inc., Prudential Financial, Inc., Selective Insurance Group, Inc., South Jersey Industries, Inc., and Vitamin Shoppe.

Founded in 1980, EWNJ is where New Jersey’s executive women connect and collaborate across all sectors to share experiences, develop relationships, and build business. Through "Salute to the Policy Makers," its signature, biennial event, EWNJ has raised over $1.1 million in scholarships for New Jersey women pursuing advanced degrees.
