SNOWMASS VILLAGE, Colo. - With its new Internet speeds, reliability and connectivity now on par with hi-tech major metro properties, The Westin Snowmass is the perfect mountain meeting retreat in any season and is now offering special meeting incentives for bookings made for 2014 in winter, summer and fall 2014 seasons.

The resort complex offers two resort hotels with more than 400 rooms. The conference center has 18,000 square-feet of space that includes an 11,000 square-foot ballroom, an executive boardroom, private lecture auditorium, and indoor and outdoor function spaces.

Meeting planners may take advantage of amazing ski season rates, free nights, two percent rebate and more for select time periods with a special winter meeting offer including:

  • Double Planner Points (max 100,000)
  • 2% rebate off qualifying charges on the master bill, including meeting facilities, guestrooms and catering
  • 25% attrition allowance
  • 1:35 complimentary upgrade
  • One complimentary suite (based on availability)
  • Discounted staff rooms at 50% off
  • Complimentary basic wireless high speed internet in meeting rooms

Concessions are available for group arrival over the following dates:

  • January 4-10
  • January 15-25
  • February 27-March 8
  • March 21-28
  • April 5-20
