Wendy's to Report Preliminary 2013 Results on Jan. 13, 2014

December 20, 2013 // Franchising.com // DUBLIN, Ohio - The Wendy's Company (NASDAQ: WEN) announced today that it plans to report its preliminary fourth-quarter 2013 results at approximately 7 a.m. ET on Monday, Jan. 13, 2014. In conjunction with its participation in the ICR Conference in Orlando, Fla., the Company will also present a summary of its year-end results and 2014 outlook at 8 a.m. the same day. Investors and interested parties may access a live webcast of this presentation on the investor relations section of the Company's website at www.aboutwendys.com.

The Company plans to release its audited fourth-quarter 2013 results on Feb. 27.
