Logan Reves Brings 35 Years of Restaurant Experience to Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery
December 30, 2013 // Franchising.com // Tempe, AZ – Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery, a sports bar that pays homage to the old public houses of America, England, Scotland and Ireland, announced today that it has named Logan Reves as Vice President of Franchisee and Area Developer Strategic Support. An accomplished restaurant executive, Reves has grown through the ranks from kitchen employee to restaurant executive having substantial tenured experience in both the franchisor and franchisee business models.
Logan's restaurant and business expertise covers a wide range of skills with a specialty in franchising including sales, development, marketing, operations and brand leadership. During his 21 years of employment with Schlotzsky's, he held a variety of positions including Regional VP of Operations & Vice President of Franchising where his responsibilities included Franchise Services, Ongoing Support and Training. Most recently in his role as Vice President of Development he was responsible for originating new business from "paper contract to paper money" including site acquisition, design, construction and pre and grand opening marketing.
Throughout his years at Schlotzsky's, he was involved in brand tooling and innovation as well as growing the brand to an additional 500 locations. He was awarded Brand MVP by the Schlotzsky's President, Kelly Roddy, and notably the overall Leadership Award given to him by Steve Romaniello of FOCUS Brands, an affiliate of the Atlanta-based private equity firm, Roark Capital Group, that currently operates five national brands with over 3,000 locations.

His restaurant experience includes management and leadership in the quick serve and fast casual segments with other national restaurant brands as well. He is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and International Franchise Association (IFA) where he has earned the distinction of Certified Franchise Executive (CFE).
