Sotheby's International Realty Brand Expands Presence in Colorado

Adds New Brokerage Affiliate in Steamboat Springs

January 07, 2014 // Franchising.com // MADISON, N.J. -  Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC today announced that Prudential Steamboat Realty in Steamboat Springs, Colo., is the newest member of its real estate network and will operate as Steamboat Sotheby's International Realty.

Pam Vanatta and Cam Boyd are broker/owners of the firm, which has two offices that serve Steamboat Springs and Routt County, Colo. With the addition of these two offices, the Sotheby’s International Realty® network has 30 independently owned and operated offices throughout Colorado.
