AFC Enterprises to Present at the Jefferies 2014 Winter Consumer Conference

Presentation to be held in Avon, Colorado on Tuesday, January 21, 2014

ATLANTA - January 09, 2014 - (BUSINESS WIRE) - AFC Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ:AFCE), the franchisor and operator of Popeyes®, today announced that Ralph Bower, President-U.S., and Mel Hope, Chief Financial Officer, will present at the Jefferies 2014 Winter Consumer Conference on Tuesday, January 21, 2014, at the Ritz Carlton, Bachelor Gulch, Avon, Colorado. A fireside chat discussion will begin at 9:30 A.M. ET. Mr. Bower and Mr. Hope will provide an update on Popeyes' strategy and business.

The conference will not be webcast, but a copy of the presentation that will be used during investor meetings scheduled for Tuesday, January 21, will be available early that morning at the investor section of the Company's website at www.afce.com.
