Industry Rankings Include Several RE/MAX Executives, Leadership

DENVER - Jan. 16, 2014 // PRNewswire // - RE/MAX Chairman and Co-Founder Dave Liniger and RE/MAX CEO Margaret Kelly are named among 2013's top real estate leaders in two prestigious industry lists, the Inman 100 Most Influential Real Estate Leaders and the Swanepoel Power 200.

Both surveys recognize leaders who most influence and advance the real estate industry. Among the nominated are thought leaders and entrepreneurs who embody originality, strength, power and principle.

"There are so many talented and dedicated individuals in real estate today, so it's truly an honor to be included among such an exclusive group," Liniger said. "Our industry has faced numerous challenges in recent years, and leaders who advocated for home buying and selling consumers and real estate professionals made a real difference in turning this market around."

The comprehensive Inman 100 Most Influential Real Estate Leaders list honors those who have made extraordinary contributions that change the way homes are bought and sold. The Swanepoel Power 200 ranks industry innovators and influential real estate executives. Kelly received the No. 1 spot among women in real estate. "RE/MAX embraces entrepreneurial leadership and encourages all our Affiliates to be engaged and help buyers and sellers make the American dream of homeownership a reality," Kelly said.
