VooDoo Makes Franchise Gator's Franchise 100 List

Inaugural List Rates Best Franchises for Single-Unit or First-Time Buyers

PRAIRIEVILLE, LA - (Marketwired - Jan 21, 2014) - VooDoo BBQ & Grill has made Franchise Gator's inaugural Franchise 100 list, a ranking of the top 100 franchise systems that are both currently expanding and considered to be strong buys for potential franchise buyers.

VooDoo was ranked No. 25 on the list, ahead of such well-known franchises as Molly Maid, Fantastic Sam's and Meineke. Franchise Gator released the rankings for Nos. 11-100 and will release its top 10 picks leading up to the International Franchise Association convention in New Orleans Feb. 22-25.

Franchise Gator's goal in creating the Franchise 100 list is to provide a practical tool for the single-unit or first-time franchisee, who usually can't afford the multi-million dollar investment typical of famous fast-food brands. Criteria used to create the list include information about each franchisor's financial health, profitability, year-over-year growth, market strength and long-term sustainability.
