EXIT Strategy Realty Hires 14 Additional Agents Since January 1st

Agents Coming from Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Kale & More

Chicago, IL (Grassroots Newswire) January 17, 2014 - EXIT Strategy Realty has hired an additional 14 agents since January 1st, with a variety of talents, experience, and neighborhood knowledge to serve the City of Chicago and suburbs.

Wendy Lee comes to EXIT from Kale Realty, with many years of experience in virtually every area of the marketplace, from 1st time buyers, resale, investment properties, short sales, and leasing. Wendy's variety of experience allows her to find vital resources from inspectors and lenders to attorneys and contractors for each clients' specific needs.

Loria Hamilton-Field returns to EXIT after a year at another company, having been at EXIT previously in 2012. Loria works with buyers and sellers across the Chicago area, and has a fondness for Oak Park where her 3 daughters attend high school. Loria is a semester shy of a finance degree from Roosevelt University, and completed her first Chicago marathon in 2013.

Ana Flores comes to EXIT after 8 years at Century 21, where she won the Quality Service Producer (QSP) award. Ana's vast experience includes first time buyers, short sales, REO's, and investor clients. Ana attended the Univeristy of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Ana instantly joins EXIT Strategy Realty's top 10 agents based on her past production.

Xavier Oravanakalathil comes to EXIT from Century 21, and is a full time agent. A long time resident of the Des Plaines and Chicago area, Xavier is multilingual and speaks Malayalam, and has several real estate and mortage course certifications. He is a member of Chicago Lodge 437 Masons and is a Notary.

Jason Lund comes to EXIT from Coldwell Banker. Jason has profitably rehabbed 3 properties in the past 8 months, and has 8 years of experience in negotiating profitable contracts in commercial, wholesale, marketing and project development initiatives.

Matthew Shirilla comes to EXIT in addition to being a Senior Vice President at Callan Associations, a leading institutional investment consulting firm. In addition to his consulting career, Matt is an active real estate investor in Chicago, focusing on multi-family residential. Matt received his MBA at DePaul University's Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.

Magda Grzeszczyk brings her wealth of marketing expertise to EXIT from being involved in an assortment of real estate including the rental market and sales. Magda attended National-Louis University, speaks both fluend English and Polish, and enjoys the tough negotiations to help her clients get the best deal.

Scott Mueller previously worked for Concord Homes negotiating contracts for various housing projects. Scott also has experience remodeling homes for the past 12 years, as well as success as a personal trainer. Scott played basketball at Northern Michigan University and Eastern Illinois University, graduating from Eastern Illinois with a degree in Industrial Technology, Construction concentration.

Julia Osgood comes to EXIT with a unique perspective as both a Realtor and Attorney. Julia's background in real estate law has prepared her to work with investors, developers, and landlords. Her real estate law practice focuses on tax appeals, bringing her yet an even more unique and valuable perspective to her clients.

Casandra Weatherby comes to EXIT from Roman Realty Group, where she was involved in all aspects of brokerage operation. Casandra's goal is to help people be properly protected, become debt free, and financially independent. She has spoken at business training seminars, churches, and enjoys teaching school age children.

Jacqueline Flores, Marissa Mercado, and Jacquelynn Munoz (sister to our office's owned by Maria Munoz) are all joining as part of the leasing division at EXIT Strategy Realty as well.
