California Dreaming! Zippy Shell USA, LLC. Adds 5th California Franchise Location

January 27, 2014 // Franchising.com // Washington, DC - Zippy Shell USA, LLC announced today the sale of a new franchise location in Los Angeles, California. The new Los Angeles location will be the 5th franchise location in the state of California and the 37th franchise location in the United States. It is under the ownership of Kevin Lillestol, Dean Moss and Ken Grossman. The new location is expected to launch in the spring of 2014.

The owners have widely varied backgrounds. Kevin Lillestol has spent 30 years working in the television industry with involvement in programs like "The Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette", while his wife Susan is a consultant and producer for many independent production companies. Dean Moss has spent the last 14 years firmly integrated into the market as the owner and managing member of the Hangar Inn Bar & Grill located in Manhattan Beach, California. Dean’s wife Maria has spent the last 31 years working for Northrop Gurmman. Finally, Ken Grossman has been the sole proprietor of Confirmed Freight, LLC for the last 13 years and brings with him a tremendous understanding of the storage and moving industries.

Lillestol, Moss, and Grossman were all drawn to the Zippy Shell® Solution due to how the company was structured, the depth of commitment to the business by the corporate team, and integration of the digital marketing platforms. Ken Grossman, who has industry experience, was specifically attracted to the operations of the Zippy Shell System.
