Chicken Salad Chick’s Second Tuscaloosa Location One Week Away

Southern fast-casual restaurant concept to open another Alabama franchise.

Tuscaloosa, AL (PRWEB) January 28, 2014 - Chicken Salad Chick, the nation’s newest fast-casual restaurant concept, is scheduled to open its new franchise location in Tuscaloosa on February 4, 2014. The new restaurant will be located in the Shoppes at Midtown at 1800 MacFarland Blvd. Unit 308, Tuscaloosa, AL 35404.

"We are so excited to add this new location to the growing Chicken Salad Chick community throughout the Southeast," said Kevin Brown, president of Chicken Salad Chick. "It is so encouraging that the demand in the Tuscaloosa area has led to the opening of a second location."

Owner Becky Roland of the Wishbone Group currently owns and operates a Chicken Salad Chick in Northport and Dothan, AL and is excited to open her third of seven total locations. One additional location will be opening in the Tuscaloosa area in the future, as well as three locations in Jacksonville, FL beginning in early 2015.
