H&R Block to Release Fiscal Third Quarter Results March 6; Announces Schedule for Reporting Tax Season Results

KANSAS CITY, MO - (Marketwired)  - January 29, 2014 - H&R Block, Inc. (NYSE: HRB), the world's largest consumer tax services provider, will report fiscal 2014 third quarter results on Thursday, March 6, 2014, after the New York Stock Exchange market close. At that time, a copy of the press release will be available on the company's investor relations website at http://investors.hrblock.com.

The company also announced its schedule for reporting results for the 2014 tax season. The first report of results through February 28, 2014 will be included in the company's announcement of fiscal 2014 third quarter financial results on March 6.
