Labor Finders Wins Distinguished 2014 Gold Coast PR Council Bernays Award

PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL - Labor Finders won the 10th Annual 2014 Gold Coast PR Council’s Bernays Awards for Best Collateral Material. Labor Finders competed against some of the most prestigious PR and Advertising Agencies from around the country along with numerous government agencies from the State of Florida. This is the first time in the 10-year history of the Gold Coast PR Council that there were seven nominees (the most) in one category. Dan Shube, Chief Marketing Officer for Labor Finders accepted the Bernays Awards along with his marketing team: Celina Klee, Public Relations Manager; Linda DeMastry, Advertising Manager and Trina Sanders, Digital Marketing Coordinator; Graphic Designer, Mark Charles was unable to attend the awards ceremony which was held at the Boca Dunes Golf & Country Club on January 24, 2014.

The award for Collateral Material recognized Labor Finders unique marketing endeavor, The 2013 Fall Harvest Targeted Account Campaign (TAC) Program. The premise of the TAC is to target 20 prospective accounts that had a high likelihood of using their staffing services, yet, may represent a challenge due to a stonewalled gatekeeper, a hard-to-reach decision-maker or a tight relationship with a competitor. The objective of the TAC program was to develop new business by visiting potential clients using a unique-themed series of gifts that highlighted the companies staffing solutions and would help convert them to a new customer.

The Bernays Awards named for Edward Louis Bernays the American pioneer in the field of public relations; often referred to as the father of public relations. Since 2004, the Gold Coast PR Council continues to honor the excellence in local PR and Marketing campaigns by recognizing South Florida’s Premier PR superstars and media campaigns with this most esteemed award.
