Anderegg, Bylund, Gross and Walker Named 2014 BTI Client Service All-Stars

February 05, 2014 // Franchising.com // Faegre Baker Daniels - Faegre Baker Daniels LLP attorneys Scott Anderegg, Jacob Bylund, David Gross and Kim Walker have been selected as BTI Client Service All-Stars for 2014.

The All-Star designation is reserved for attorneys who stand out with corporate counsel as providing the best in client service. Clients recognize attorneys who demonstrate superior client focus and thought leadership, have an exceptional ability to understand their client's business, consistently exceed clients' expectations, possess excellent legal skills and depth of knowledge, and deliver outstanding results. Only 330 attorneys were selected for recognition in 2014.

Kim Walker was named an MVP for receiving the All-Star recognition for four-consecutive years. Kim is one of only three attorneys nationally to be selected for four years or more in a row. He leads the firm's international food and agriculture industry team of more than 150 lawyers and focuses on serving clients nationally in food, agribusiness and antitrust litigation. Kim represents clients such as Cargill, Hormel Foods and the International Foodservice Manufacturers Association; and works with various industry trade associations such as the American Meat Institute and the International Dairy Foods Association. According to BTI Client Service All-Stars 2014, clients praise Walker for "a combination of smarts, experience and strategic thinking," and commend him for his "all-around client service."

Scott Anderegg practices in commercial real estate at FaegreBD. He has been involved in all aspects of commercial real estate, including purchases and sales, development, leasing and financing, representing clients such as Target Corporation, US Bank, Life Time Fitness, CarVal Investors, Holiday Companies, Ameriprise Financial, Hines, HNI and Piper Jaffray. Scott is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, and is regularly listed for real estate law in Chambers USA and Best Lawyers in America.

David Gross is a trial lawyer for the firm's intellectual property practice—he splits his time between the firm's Silicon Valley and Minneapolis offices. David's trial victories in IP cases have led the Minnesota Lawyer to name David an "Attorney-of-the-Year" for the years 2003, 2008 and 2011. He has secured victories for clients such as Seagate, 3M, Coloplast, Benchmark Electronics and Thomson Reuters.

Jacob Bylund is a leader in the firm's food and agriculture industry team and has an extensive jury trial practice. He represents some of the nation's largest companies within the food and agriculture industries such as Cargill and Hormel Foods. He has a significant participation in the National Grain and Feed Association and also represents clients before the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the U.S. Department of Agriculture Office of General Counsel, the U.S. Department of Agriculture Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration (GIPSA), and the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. He was also named a BTI Client Service All-Star in 2012.
