Jerry Guidry Opens Fresh Coat Painters to Raise the Bar for Painting Services in East Louisville, Oldham County

Louisville, KY (PRWEB) February 04, 2014 - Jerry Guidry is excited to announce the opening of his new business, Fresh Coat Painters of East Louisville, which is aimed at taking the stress out of having your home or business painted.

For Guidry, starting his own business all began with trying to hire a painter.

"Opening Fresh Coat started when I tried to hire a painting company and had a less than pleasant experience. I thought to myself, 'Is this really the best it gets?'" he said. "I have a friend who owns a Fresh Coat in another city but he couldn't drive all the way to Louisville for a painting job, we didn't have a Fresh Coat locally and I couldn't find anyone here who was up the standards I was looking for. That's when I saw an opportunity to bring great painting service to this community by opening my own Fresh Coat franchise."

Guidry, who served eight years in the military, says it will be the quality of his painters and his passion for great customer service that will set Fresh Coat Painters of East Louisville apart from competitors.

"I've been in hospitality for a long time and, in my role as the operations manager of the hotel where I worked, I've hired a lot of painters. Most of them do wonderful work, but many just need solid management and someone who can handle the customer service side of the business. That's where I come in. I love working with customers and helping them to feel comfortable with a process that, for many, is unfamiliar. With our excellent painters and my customer service experience, we have a great team," he said.

"I think people will like that, when they hire Fresh Coat, they'll be working with me, the owner, they'll have painters they can count on, and they'll see that the technology we use really makes the quote process a science. It's all about upgrading the service they can expect from painters," Guidry added.

Also along the lines of customer service, Fresh Coat offers a 3-3-3 pledge, which means calls will be answered by a live person within three minutes, a quote will be delivered within three days (customer schedule permitting) and the job will be started within three weeks.
