Robert J. Cantrell and Broc Silberzahn work with entrepreneurs interested in opening their own childcare business.
Their duties include identifying potential candidates and introducing the comprehensive support and tools that Kiddie Academy provides its nationwide network of franchisees.

Robert J. Cantrell previously served as Area Sales Manager - Mid Atlantic Region for Herff Jones Inc., of Indianapolis, Indiana. He also held several sales positions with State Industrial Products of Cleveland, Ohio. Cantrell earned a Bachelor of Arts, English from George Mason University and is a Master of Business Administration candidate at the University of Baltimore. He lives in Bel Air, Maryland with his family.
Maryland native Broc Silberzahn previously worked as Director of Customer Support for EZ Shield Identity Protection of Baltimore, Maryland and Director of Franchise Development for Sylvan Learning, also in Baltimore. Silberzahn holds a Bachelor of Arts, Political Science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. He lives in Towson, Maryland with his family.
