New York State Senator Terry Gipson to Assist with Ribbon Cutting at Grand Opening of Bounce! Trampoline Sports

(PRWEB) February 12, 2014New York State Senator Terry Gipson along with Poughkeepsie Town Supervisor Todd Tancredi will both be on hand to help cut the ribbon for the Grand Opening of Bounce! Trampoline Sports at 2 Neptune Road in Poughkeepsie. The facility is the third Bounce! location in the tri-state area and the first trampoline park franchisefor the company. The Valley Cottage facility opened in Rockland County in November of 2011 and the second in Syosset on Long Island opened in September of 2013. Representatives from both the Ulster County Chamber of Commerce and the Dutchess County Chamber of Commerce will also be on hand to help cut the ribbon and participate in the festivities.

Bounce! Trampoline Sports is an exciting new concept in family recreation and offers upstate New York residents an unprecedented opportunity to play, have fun and get fit on enormous spacious courts of interconnected trampolines. "The feedback we have received is that there is no other place where a mom can take her 5 year old and her 17 year old and know they will both have a great time," states Bill Merrill, co-owner of Bounce! "And very often the parents end up jumping as well!" he added.

The Grand Opening on the Saturday, February 15th will be a fundraiser for three local organizations: The Boys and Girls Clubs of Kingston, The Boy Scouts of America Hudson Valley Council, and Vassar Brothers Medical Center and will take place from 10am until 5pm. For every individual who calls to make a reservation in advance and mentions one of the organizations, 100% of the proceeds, $15 per hour, will be donated to that specific charity. "We're excited to open this unique family recreation center in the Poughkeepsie area and the Grand Opening will provide an opportunity to kids and adults to try our facility while raising money for three important non-profit organizations," stated Bruce Katz, co-owner. Bounce! is the hottest new trend in family entertainment in the Northeast and will be a destination for family outings, kids and adult parties, group fundraisers and team building for corporations and even area colleges.
