Jimmie Hart of the Cleveland Support Center was honored in the Best Small Category. He purchased his franchise in 2003, "My friend told me the support at Coverall was really good," said Hart. "He was right. Coverall has changed my life." Hart says he plans to retire from the Ohio Department of Transportation soon to focus all of his time on growing his franchised business.
Elena and Claudiu Orzan, also of the Cleveland Support Center, were honored in the Best Medium Category. The two were born in Romania and later became U.S. citizens. The married couple has worked hard to triple their sales from when they started their franchise five years ago. The Orzans strive to make an impact on every client. "When I clean, I clean like I'm cleaning for myself," said Elena. "If I do a good job, I know my customers will be happy. They will continue to keep us and want more special services."
In the Best Large Category, owners of Metro Cleaning Solutions, Inc. Adam Schoenfeld and Sebastian Pica, were honored out of the Long Island Support Center. The pair have been lifelong friends, musicians and have been with Coverall for more than five years. Metro Cleaning Solutions, Inc. services 93 customers.
Each winning franchised business owner received a $1,000 cash prize and congratulatory plaque presented by their regional director or general manager.

In the Best Small Category, Eric Beltran of the Orlando Support Center and Felipe Martinez of the Fresno Support Center were honored. Joe Castillo and Karla Castellanos of the Fresno Support Center and Maurillo Portillo of the Oregon Support Center were given an honorable mention for their hard work. Mike Jones and Paul DiVincenzo of the Atlanta and Rochester Support Centers are mentioned, as well.
