GNC Raises $3.4 Million for the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital® Thanks and Giving Campaign in 2013
In its 10th year of participation, the nation's largest specialty retailer of health and wellness products thanks employees and customers for their generosity.
PITTSBURGH - Feb. 18, 2014 // PRNewswire // - GNC Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: GNC), the nation's largest specialty retailer of health and wellness products, would like to thank employees and customers for helping to raise $3.4 million during the 2013 St. Jude Children's Research Hospital® Thanks and Giving® campaign. This year's donation brings the total to more than $13 million over the company's ten years of participation in the campaign.
The Thanks and Giving campaign builds awareness of and raises funds for the lifesaving research and treatment done at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, which is leading the way the world understands, treats and defeats childhood cancers and other deadly diseases. Every dollar raised goes directly to support children and their families as they seek specialized pediatric healthcare at St. Jude.
