All Four Outdoor Living Brands Now Certified as World-Class Franchises by the Franchise Research Institute

February 19, 2014 // Franchising.com // LINCOLN, NE – This unprecedented recognition comes after independent surveys were conducted with each of the brands by the Franchise Research Institute, in which every franchisee was invited to participate. The survey was designed to determine the level of franchisee satisfaction within the Outdoor Living Brands franchise system.

The survey asked each franchise brand owner to rate their franchisor through a series of questions in categories such as overall quality, growth potential, support and communication.

Highlights from the surveys include:

  • 95% of Archadeck franchisees surveyed gave a positive rating to helpfulness and communication between home office personnel and franchisees.
  • 94% of Mosquito Squad respondents rated their franchise business favorably compared to their local competition.
  • 100% of the Outdoor Lighting Perspectives respondents gave a positive grade to the initial opening support provided by their franchisor.
  • 95% of Renew Crew respondents would recommend the franchise to a prospective franchisee.
