New Caring Transitions Business Designed to Support Families

Waukesha, WI (PRWEB) February 20, 2014 - Last year, when Kathy Schultz was looking back at her more than 30 years in corporate America, she saw a job that helped her support her family, but not a career that allowed her to leave a lasting impact on the lives of others. It’s that realization that led Schultz to open her new business, Caring Transitions of Waukesha.

Caring Transitions specializes in organizing and managing moves, downsizing, liquidation of belongings and estate sales for seniors and their families. Caring Transitions of Waukesha serves Waukesha and Milwaukee Counties.

"Caring Transitions provides services that are so desperately needed as our population ages. Many of my friends and colleagues have struggled through the transitional times with their own family members and it can be extremely difficult," Schultz said. "When I found Caring Transitions, I knew I found the Next Right Answer. Being a Caring Transitions franchise owner will allow me to personally impact people’s lives during significant transitions."

Schultz, a mother and grandmother herself, knows the importance of working with a company that cares about your family and values understanding each individual situation. With Caring Transitions, clients are family members, not customers.

"We can take care of all the ‘stuff’ that can get in the way of addressing the needs of a person going through the changes life brings. With Caring Transitions, the family can then focus on the person’s needs because we take care of the rest," she said. "Respecting and supporting our clients and their families, meeting their needs and knowing we've reduced their worries, concerns and stress by providing our wide range of services makes me pleased to be able to help."

"One of the most striking things about Caring Transitions is the strong focus on resettling someone after a move. Not only are the boxes unpacked, but everything is put into the right place – silverware in the familiar drawer, dishes put away in a familiar manner, furniture moved into the right places, alarm clocks set, picture groupings duplicated on the new walls. It is all about making that stressful change so much less difficult than it would be if those things were not done," Schultz added.
