Pizza Hires Allen Arroyo as Chief Financial Officer

Industry Veteran Joins Fast-Casual Artisanal Pizza Category Leader

February 24, 2014 // Franchising.com // Los Angeles, Calif. – Blaze Fast-Fire'd Pizza, the leader in the fast-casual artisanal pizza category, today announced the appointment of Allen Arroyo as Chief Financial Officer. A veteran of the restaurant industry, Arroyo brings decades of experience to his role as CFO of Blaze Pizza. Previously, he served as CFO for Z'Tejas and Mastro's Restaurants, and held multiple financial roles at IHOP Corp. during his 18-year tenure, bolstering the company's national growth.
