Industry Veteran Joins Fast-Casual Artisanal Pizza Category Leader

A veteran of the restaurant industry, Arroyo brings decades of experience to his role as CFO of Blaze Pizza. Previously, he served as CFO for Z'Tejas and Mastro's Restaurants, and held multiple financial roles at IHOP Corp. during his 18-year tenure, bolstering the company's national growth.
