RAMS Expands its Flock with the Opening of a New Home Loan Centre in ACT

February 24, 2014 // Franchising.com // RAMS General Manager of Franchise Business, Huw Bough said the latest RAMS Home Loan Centre opening in ACT South further extends the lender's national face to face distribution footprint, now with over 70 franchise offices nationally.

Lending expert, Neil Harlock will own and operate the new RAMS Home Loan Centre in Manuka Terrace Shopping Centre, Flinders Way, which officially opened today.

"I am no stranger to RAMS having spent almost ten years with the business, eight of these years were as co-owner of the very successful RAMS Wollongong franchise," said Mr Harlock.

"Armed with my knowledge and love of the RAMS brand, when the opportunity to be Principal of the RAMS ACT South franchise presented itself I grabbed it with both hands," said Neil.

"Our country's capital is also a great place to raise a young family," he added.

Since relocating to the ACT in June 2012, Neil has been kept incredibly busy as many home buyers seek to capitalise on the low interest rates available in the market. "Now, following the opening of the Home Loan Centre in Manuka we expect business to increase even further as our presence in the community grows," he said.

"My team and I look forward to getting involved in many of the local community events and meeting as many residents as we can to offer to them a better deal on their home loan," Neil said.
