February 26, 2014 // Franchising.com // Paris - The American Bar Association has released the second edition of International Litigation Strategies and Practice, a 391-page book edited by Dentons Paris partner Bart Legum.

The book provides a toolkit for litigators and in-house counsel on strategies and practical approaches to cross-border litigation. It addresses topics ranging from ethics in cross-border cases, to differences between civil law and common law procedure, to obtaining evidence abroad and many other topics.

The first edition was published in 2005. Bart was the sole editor. The second edition includes chapters on two new topics and introduces Theodore Edelman of Sullivan & Cromwell and Ethan Berghoff of Baker & McKenzie as co-editors.
