Wiggin and Dana Partner John Kennedy has been elected to The American Law Institute.

February 26, 2014 // Franchising.com // The American Law Institute is an independent organization comprised of lawyers, judges and law professors, who work to clarify, modernize and improve the law. As a member of the American Law Institute, Mr. Kennedy has the opportunity to work with other members to influence the development of the law in both existing and emerging areas.

In August 2013, Mr. Kennedy was named an advisor for The American Law Institute's Restatement Third, Information Privacy Principles project, which aims to bring increased order and consistency to American information privacy law.
