BIGGBY Ranks 45 in Customer Service Across Facebook and Twitter

EAST LANSING, Mich. Feb. 28, 2014 – Vende Social announced the Franchise Social Index 100, ranking BIGGBY COFFEE 45th in the service companies category. BIGGBY takes pride in connecting with customers on all levels of communication.

"Every BIGGBY experience is centered around our operating philosophy. Being able to connect with our customers on different platforms, and in real-time, helps us execute on that system," said Customer Service Manager, Caitlin Courval.

BIGGBY has a daily presence on many social media sites. It uses these platforms as a way to provide customer service to its patrons and fanatics. Comments and questions placed on social media are answered or forwarded to the Customer Service Department to help provide the best assistance.

"We want our fanatics to know BIGGBY respects their time and recognizes each person as an individual. We love to hear from our customers; it’s how we consistently improve, and social media is another way to help that process," said Courval.

The purpose of the FSI 100 is to identify and rank franchise brands according to how well they are connecting with their customers through social media channels. Every week, Vende Social analyzes more than 500 franchise brands to identify the top 100 with strong customer connections.
