Coldwell Banker Real Estate Announces Prestigious Chairman's Circle Award Recipients

The Coldwell Banker® Chairman's Circle designation recognized the top six percent of Coldwell Banker affiliated residential real estate brokerage companies during the 2013 calendar year.

The Coldwell Banker Chairman's Circle award is given annually to the top-producing brokerage companies within the Coldwell Banker franchise system. This exclusive designation must be earned anew each year. Impressively, two affiliated companies have maintained the Chairman's Circle designation in each of the 28 years since the award's inception: Coldwell Banker Schmidt, REALTORS®, headquartered in Traverse City, Mich., led by broker/owner Michael Schmidt, and Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group, Inc., headquartered in Appleton, Wis., and led by broker/owner Chuck Peters. There was one first-time recipient this year: Coldwell Banker Premier Group, headquartered in Saint Louis, Mo.
