European Wax Center Names Best Brow on the Red Carpet

Beauty Experts Name Most Beautiful Brows for 86th Annual Academy Awards

MIAMI - March 03, 2014 - (BUSINESS WIRE) - In celebration of their latest advertising campaign, "The Experts in Eyebrows," European Wax Center today announced the winners of Best Red Carpet Brows from last night's arrivals for the 86th Annual Academy Awards. To kick-off the campaign, European Wax Center released a broadcast campaign aptly titled, "Red Carpet."

The European Wax Center and their panel of eye brow specialists deliberated on the Best Red Carpet Brows. Jessica Coba, Co-Founder of European Wax Center, particularly loved Maria Menounos, Charlize Theron, and Ryan Seacrest's brows.

"While all the ladies had beautiful gowns and brows, I found myself admiring Ryan's well groomed eyebrows. Brows are such an important part of your look and can change your entire face. Men that take care of their brows can definitely turn heads, especially on the red carpet."

Meanwhile, Melanie Gilliland, Education Developer at the European Wax Center, nominated Kate Blanchet, Jennifer Lawrence, and Kevin Spacey's brows. Both Judges also nominated Olivia Wilde, commenting on her clean brow lines and perfectly proportioned arch. However there could only be one winner, with both judges agreeing that "Scandal" starlet, Kerry Washington, had the best brows of the night.

"Kerry looked so fab with her dark, bold brows. We particularly loved how her strong brow was softened by her slightly lower arch, really bringing out her youthful glowing cheeks, amazing skin tone, and fuller lips."

European Wax Center's campaign, "The Experts in Eyebrows" debuted last week with print and OOH execution in Los Angeles, New York, Las Vegas, Chicago and Miami.
