Husband and Wife Entrepreneurs Set To Open the First Uncle Maddio's Pizza Joint in Minot

Signing a four-location multi-unit development agreement, the Mattern's plan to own and operate Uncle Maddio's Pizza Joint in several locations, focusing first on Minot and Fargo. They project to open the first two Uncle Maddio's locations in North Dakota during the second half of 2014.

Uncle Maddio's sauces and salad dressings are original recipes and made-from-scratch onsite. A "take and bake" option offers a quick family meal.
