Famous Dave's took a non-cash impairment for this location in the third quarter of 2013. Through a collaborative partnership, the lease for the restaurant at 2318 N. Salisbury Blvd. will be turned over to the new tenant, The Greene Turtle Sports Bar & Grille, who is relocating from its current Salisbury location later this summer.
