Bar Louie at Dearborn Station Celebrating Remodel with 2-Day Event

CHICAGO - April 1, 2014 // PRNewswire // - As Bar Louie Dearborn Station approaches their 15th anniversary, it's out with the old and in with the new. The location that opened its doors in 1999 on Printers Row just finished a complete overhaul of their interior. Highlights include a massive new bar area, as well as floors, fixtures, lounge seating, and community tables.

To celebrate their new digs, Bar Louie Dearborn is hosting a two-day blowout bash April 3rd and 4th, this Thursday and Friday. They'll be offering all of their 20 new draft beers for $2, as well as the signature martinis that made them famous for only $2! In addition, they are currently featuring a new limited time only menu with 5 food selections that will be offered as buy one get one free during the event. Included in the new "Limited Additions" line-up are Chicken Parm sliders and Pear, Pig-N-Fig Flatbread with pulled pork, grilled pears, caramelized onions, fig jam and brie cheese. Not to be outdone, there is also a new Ahi Mango Salad, a Mezcal Chicken marinated in a mezcal margarita sauce and to finish things off, Strawberry Shortcake.

"While this celebration is all about the new, we're really paying tribute to all the amazing people of Chicago, who've supported us since the beginning," says Bar Louie Dearborn GM, Kevin Ethridge. "This is just a small token of how we'd like to give back to them."

Bar Louie at Dearborn Station is open for lunch, dinner and late night dining daily from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. with the entire menu available until last call.
